Eastcroft Cottage

Lounge: a cosy and spacious room with seating for 6 people, plus a matching padded stool and additional foldaway seating. A colour TV, DVD and video players are available as well as an electric fire should this be necessary. The telephone can be used and calls paid for in an honesty box.

Kitchen: well equipped with washing machine and tumble drier, as well as a gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and numerous kitchen gadgets. The cupboards are stocked with basic foods which you are welcome to use provided that items are replaced on your departure.

Dining area: has a folding table and chairs with seating for 8 people, and a radio/tape/CD player. The level access back door leads to a small courtyard.

Courtyard: a pleasant suntrap with quaint planting, bird feeders and outdoor chairs. An outside toilet is also discreetly placed.

All of the sleeping is upstairs and accessed via stairs with an electric stairlift which can be used on request.

Master bedroom: a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed, single bed and cot, sleeping a family of two to four people comfortably. Ample storage room in the dressing table and double wardrobe leaves the room uncluttered. A telephone, colour TV and video as well as seating are also kept in the room.

Second bedroom: a full size bunk bed with single top and double bottom beds, providing sleeping for a family of 3. A chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe provide storage.

Bathroom: heated towel rail, toilet, hand basin, shaver point, bath and electric shower over the bath.

Other information
The cottage is centrally heated with a combination boiler and is cosy and warm; it has a continuous supply of hot water. The cost of heating and hot water, linen and towels is included in your booking fee.

Disabled guests are welcome. In addition to the above features the cottage has an electric stair lift which can be used by prior arrangement, level wheelchair access at the rear and an outside ground floor toilet and electric recliner chair.

The cottage has an extensive collection of interesting books, maps and information about the local
area, which you are welcome to read these during your stay.
